The 7800 IC (with instrument charging console) and the 7800 NC (no console) are designed for
compatibility with any Reliance examination chair. Its sleek, contoured design offers efficient
operation and easy access to patients.
Counterbalanced Slit Lamp Arm
• Lock and adjust with a single hand. Arm travels 12’’ and counterbalances for instruments 12-60 lbs.
• A slit lamp arm-mounted switch raises and lowers the chair.
Upper Refractor Arm
10’’ range of movement; delivers instruments up to 20 lbs.
Optional Third Instrument Arm
• 20- 50 lb. capacity; 10’’ of vertical travel.
• Compatible with 5399 Monitor Arm.
Instrument Wells (IC only)
Console is equipped with three rechargeable instrument wells that hold hand-held instruments. It also features raise, lower and auto down
switches for the examination chair.
Backlit Membrane Switches (IC only)
Membranes last 10-times longer than mechanical switches and increase safety with lower voltages. They conform the chart projector, overhead
lamp and binding post for an indirect ophthalamoscope, and raise and lower the exam chair.
Halogen Lamp
Long-lasting bulb provides bright, direct light for minor procedures. Arm adjusts without tools. Low voltage for safety.
CSA Mark of Quality
Indicates that the 7800 has passed all rigorous CSA,C/US tests, affirming its safety and durability and achieving certificate of compliance.
OPTIONS
Wheelchair Access
Lower slit lamp arm facilitates exams for wheelchair bound patients. Cost eligible for ADA tax credit.
Eclipse Room Light Control
The Eclipse activates all room lighting from the stand, or a small console. Lighting adjusts based on instrument moves or quick manual adjustments.
